Ellie played the role of "Amanda Thripp" in the Royal Shakespeare Co. production of Matilda in the West End after which she played "Brigitta" in the UK National Tour of The Sound of Music. Alongside her theatre work at that time she spent two years training on the GB National Gymnastics Squad. She is a two-time national champion ( women's artistic ).
Following on from theatre Ellie went into TV and film.
