Ran Li(IX)

Ran Li is a Chinese screenwriter and director based in Beijing. After graduating from Tsinghua University, the 1st ranking university in China, she became a lawyer before switching her career into filmmaking. Inspired by European cinema, Ran went to Prague Film School and graduated the following year with short film LUCIE. Her short films were selected in more than 60 international film festivals and won over 20 awards worldwide, including SXSW, Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival, FIRST International Film Festival Xining.

Ran's first feature film TILL LOVE DO US PART, was premiered in Warsaw Film Festival 2022, nominated for Best Film.
