Debashree Chakraborty is an Actor ,Director and Theater Practitioner from India who is efficiently working on Stage and as well as on Screen.
She is Alumna of National School of Drama, Delhi , India with Acting Specialization.
She has done Master in Computer Application in academics and Started her acting career in Television Series written by Rituparno Ghosh. She worked in many TV series and Films with renowned production houses from Kolkata and Mumbai as Lead and Pivotal Character. Also She played an important character in the International Film "Mother Teresa & Me" .
She played lots of major roles in Theatre under Eminent Directors from India and Other Country and also Wrote & Directed Some plays. In Parallel with the Stage she has also Directed some ShortFilms and She Won many awards for the short film "Somatic and some more" as an Actor and Director many National and International Festivals.
