Dakota Raven Bruton was born on August 7, 2000 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She attended Indiana University Purdue University-Indiana (IUPUI) where she majored in Communication Studies with a minor in Creative Writing.

She began modeling when she was 11, and shortly after fell in love with acting. She is best known for her roles as Teenage Jessica in 'Running the Bases', Chloe Cuatt in 'Perimortem', Vanessa in 'He Knows', and Jennifer in 'The Dream Motel'.

Dakota is represented by Jean Wenger at Treasure Coast Talent.
