Biography

Born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada to parents Jayne and John Butt. The eldest of four and the only boy, Brendan and his family lived in Ottawa until 1997 - where they then moved to New Delhi, India. There Brendan attended the local American embassy school. There he studied drama and learned to love singing in the Chorus. Brendan's first speaking role was in 2000 in the production of Our Town where he played Professor Willard. In 2001, the Butt family moved again - this time to the Philippines - where they remained until Jayne's Death in 2004. Brendan and his family returned to Ottawa soon after - where Brendan continues to live and work to this date.
