Biography

Ritooja Shinde, is an Indian actress, works predominantly in Marathi and Hindi film industries. She was born on 4th June 1990 and grew up in Pune city of Maharashtra. Born to Mahashtrian parents, she comes from a modest and well to do family background.

She started learning dance from a very young age. Later she pursued theatre for 4 years in Pune before she entered the industry. Ritooja is a trained dancer in Latin American styles along with Kathak.

She is a recipient of the very prestigious Thespo award in the best actor category.

She started her film career with a small role in a hindi film called "Humne Jeena sikh liya." Ritooja was in 10th standard when she did her first film. Later she debuted as a leading actor in the Marathi film "Online Binline" She also did a marathi web series called "Yolo" whoch was directed by national award winning director Sameer Vidhwans. Later on Ritooja went on to do another Hindi film called " Mere desh ki dharti" opposite Devyendu Sharma which released on Amazon prime.

Her short film "Close to you" was showered with love by the viewers because of her performance and subject.

Ritooja has also completed shooting for two films "Mahesh cha Badla" opposite Ankush Chaudhari and directed by Aditya Sarpotdar. And "Interrogation" a hindi film directed by Ajoy Varma Raja.

Her upcoming release is Boyz4 a marathi film with a successful franchise.

Her Music video "Jadu Salona" where she romanced along with Amit Trivedi garnered huge views and likes over the social media.

Ritooja has done more than 50 Advertisements.

She also runs an NGO, Helping Glory, to provide help and relief support for people during emergency and those hit by natural calamities. She received the prestigious Times of India - Women of the year award in 2021 for her contribution during Covid times and Flood hit areas of Maharashtra.

Rutuja Shinde is an Indian actress prominently working in the Marathi film industry. Born and brought up in Pune, Rutuja shifted to Mumbai post her graduation to pursue her career in films. She did her debut in the year 2015 through a Marathi film called ''Online Binline". Before moving to Mumbai to pursue her acting career, she was an active theater enthusiast. Her first commercial play Tipping Point got her many accolades in the 'Best Actor Female' category, the prestigious Thespo Award was one of these.
