Brock Heasley

Writer and Director Brock Heasley is an award-winning filmmaker with a passion for telling stories of hope on the screen and on the page. After leaving his 15 year career as a graphic designer, Brock began his work in film by writing and directing short films, one of which, The Shift, he turned into a feature film released by Angel Studios in 2023. He has also served as an Associate Producer on The Gallows: Act II, produced by Blumhouse Productions, Tremendum Pictures, and Lionsgate. He is the author of the novel Paper Bag Mask; the memoir The Other Side of Fear: A True Story of Murder, Forgiveness, and the Peace Only Faith Can Bring; and a graphic novel collection of his comic, The SuperFogeys. He has a B.A. in Graphic Design from California State University, Fresno, and his work has been featured in the San Francisco Cartoon Art Museum. Heasley lives in California with his daughters and a wife who is way smarter than him.
