Timothy Stanton

Tim Stanton was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan where he grew up doing farm work and wishing to get away. He began his career in theater performing in college and local plays as well as summer stock. He moved to Chicago and produced theater at Columbia College's 11th St. Theater for his mentor, renowned Artistic Director Sheldon Patinkin. Having given up the bug, Tim worked as a talent agent in Chicago and later in LA before moving on to film development and production, and later into high tech.

The bug never actually left. Since May of 2019 Tim has booked several shorts including: Induction, Honest Jim, Hey I'm the Door Guy!, and his first feature film, Matriarch, which opened in early 2022.
