JEFF ZAUSCH is a master of extreme environments, whether they are desert, alpine, arctic, or tropical. Pushing himself to the limit and overcoming what most people think is physically impossible is what drives him.
Jeff developed his love and respect for the outdoors as a boy in the mountains of Idaho. Jeff spent countless hours in the mountains, learning the ways of nature and following in his family tradition of hunting. As a young man he became an expert tracker, hunter and trapper and by his early twenties he had already summited many of the highest peaks in the Northwest United States.
Whether hunting or summiting mountains Jeff continues to further his survival knowledge by mastering all environments he encounters. Best known for being on Discovery Channel's Naked and Afraid and Naked And Afraid XL, Jeff has yet to find an landscape that he could not overcome with his primitive survival skills, but he plans to keep searching and pushing the limits of what others say is "impossible".
