Rodrigo Frederico was born in the late 80's in São Paulo, Brazil.
He got a degree in advertising at the same time he developed an interest in filmmaking. After working a few years in the creative department of several advertising agencies, he started his career as a screenwriter at Eyeworks Cuatro Cabezas, an important television production company with offices in Amsterdam, Buenos Aires and São Paulo.
Rodrigo also worked in SBT - one of the largest television channels in South America - as the head writer of the most popular late-night talk show in Brazil called The Noite with Danilo Gentili. The show has outperformed all the channel expectations with great ratings, huge impact in the local media and some prominence in the international media too.
After directing and producing a few other projects for television, Rodrigo started working on his own films. Today he lives in NYC as independent writer and filmmaker.
