Do WWE Know What They Are Doing?
WWE.com

Let’s dispel once and for all this fiction that WWE doesn’t know what it’s doing. It knows exactly what it’s doing. It’s making smart marks out of us all.

Fans and critics agree that the continued rise of Roman Reigns as the company’s top babyface seems to prove that WWE are out of touch with its fans. “Can’t they hear the boos?” we all ask, week after week, as Roman overcomes impossible odds, gains title shot after title shot, and dominates the roster.

In one of his latest “What Just Happened” videos, Adam Blampied had this to say about Fastlane:

“It’s confirmation in the fans’ minds that no matter what we want, no matter if we boo or cheer, we’re only being given one thing, and that’s what they’re telling us we want. …What [WWE does] is confirm everything...

10 Biggest Shocks From The Oscars 2016
Chris Pizzello/AP

“Shocks” and “Oscars” don’t always necessarily go together. After all, when a film is really dang good, everybody seems to know and agree on it. In the run-up to the Academy Awards, there are a plethora of other ceremonies which can give a strong indication of how well each film will do at the big show come the end of February.

It’s definitely a surprise then, when an Academy Awards show can come and go with multiple shocks. This year, there were surprises in a lot of major categories, including the biggest one; not to mention the entire show itself was peppered with surprising choices in comedy made by host Chris Rock.

Admittedly, he’s known for being a little salty, so to be surprised at some of the jokes he was making really means something.

Honourable Mention: Alex And Adam Drew WhatCulture

10 WWE Questions You Most Want Answered (Feb 20)
WWE.com

You know WhatCulture’s Jack King? I don’t like him.

I hate his stupid hats, I hate his silly boyband hair fronted by the ‘gappiest’ of long fringes, and I hate the fact he denies he has all the characteristics of Tweek from South Park. He really, really does have all of the above, by the way…

Jack is the manchild who you may have seen ruining the Adam vs. Adam videos recently in Mr Pacitti’s absence. He’s also the guy that normally does this article once a week to the adulation of his #JobSquad… Spare me.

To quote my good friend Adam Blampied in regards to this article, “I can do it better.”

I’m the King of Wtf for crying out out!

Since we’re a day away from Fastlane, attentions have to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, and who will be challenging...

10 WWE Questions You Most Want Answered (Jan 27)
WWE.com

Like last week, many of your questions this week inevitably revolve around WrestleMania 32. That’s not too surprising – it’s the biggest wrestling event in the world, after all – but it is surprising to see the sheer variety of superstars concerned. We’ve got queries about everyone from the old (Undertaker) to the new (Aj Styles), as well as a guest question from a certain Mr. Adam Blampied…

Other issues playing on your minds this week seem to revolve around the fallout of the Royal Rumble, as well as a general look at the year ahead. The overall mood seems to be one of cautious hope; we’re all desperately looking forward to WrestleMania, but are well aware that it could all fall apart at a moment’s notice – particularly given the recent injury epidemic.

Here’s hoping WWE can pull it out of the bag for a third year in a row,...

Porn Company Wants To Buy Sunny’s WWE Hall Of Fame Ring
WWE.com

Porn company Vivid want to buy former WWE Diva Sunny’s Hall of Fame ring.

Vivid’s honcho, Steve Hirsch, is offering to buy the ring for $100,000, but also wants Sunny – real name Tammy Sytch – to shoot a 90 minute sex tape. Hirsch is willing to allow Sytch to pick her own partner and location.

Sunny reportedly wants to turn her back on the wrestling business that gave her fame. She told TMZ “It’s time to let go of the past and selling my ring is the right way to get back on track!” Seemingly selling her Hof ring, which she was awarded in 2011, is an integral part of that.

The ring was set to auction on ebay.com with the bidding opening at $3000. Many thought that her decision to rid herself of the bling had something to do with recent misdemeanors. Sytch pleaded guilty to several DUI charges in Pennsylvania.

100 Worst Wrestling Moments Of 2015
whatculture.com

2015 was the year that fans decided they just couldn’t take it anymore.

WWE and Tna’s writing and character development has ranged from awful to godawful for a long time, but it has finally caught up with them. Over the course of 12 months, ratings shrunk to levels not seen since 20 years ago. Worst of all, there’s no Stone Cold or Nwo in sight to turn things around. But hey, there is a Mojo Rawley and Eva Marie out there!

Channels have been changed, and lives are moving on, but what specifically was so bad that it caused hundreds of thousands of hardcore to turn away in 2015? How about short men in bull costumes selling hamburgers, terrifyingly stupid ghost barns, bizarre arse kissing match stipulations, a hillbilly cult leader developing the power of lightening, over pushing talent, a plethora of bad gimmicks, management talking to wrestlers like children,...

Huge WWE Raw Spoiler – Former World Champion Returning Tonight?
WWE.com

In potentially a huge spoiler for tonight, Chris Jericho has been spotted backstage at WWE Raw that will emanate from San Antonio, Texas.

It is expected that he will appear on tonight’s broadcast and speculation is rife across the internet that Jericho will announce himself as an entrant in the WWE Royal Rumble that takes place in Orlando, Florida on January 23rd.

PWInsider reports that Y2J is not currently scheduled for this week’s SmackDown but has struck a deal to work more upcoming WWE live events and tv tapings.

Could a potential Rumble appearance setup a program that will see him compete at WrestleMania 32 in April? Lord knows they could do with the star power to help try and shift 100,000 seats. As for a potential opponent? Who wouldn’t want to see Chris Jericho take on Dean Ambrose, picking up on a potential feud that was setup late summer?...

WWE Network Show Featuring Hulk Hogan Cancelled
WWE.com

WWE airs a show called The List that features WWE personalities talking about moments from history related to different topics. The episode that was originally planned for this week was called “Vehicular Mayhem” but it was instead replaced by “Krazy Kin.”

According to WrestlingDVDNetwork, the reason it was replaced was because the Vehicular Mayhem show was going to feature a clip of Hulk Hogan during a WCW angle with The Giant (Big Show) when they had a monster truck battle on top of a roof. Since WWE is trying to distance themselves from Hogan because of the racism saga, they didn’t air the episode and instead put up an alternative about family members in wrestling.

What WWE might do is edit the Vehicular Mayhem episode by removing the Hogan part and airing it at a later date. Most of the episode features Steve Austin incidents because nobody...
