Gökhan Alkan(I)

Gokhan Alkan is one of the most well-known and popular Turkish actors. He was born on December 8, 1987 in Istanbul, Turkey. After graduating from the department of mechanical engineering in Kocaeli University and from the department of foreign trade and marketing in Anadolu University, he studied acting in MSM Actor Studio. He went on the stage in 'Mujdat Gezen Theatre' two years. He received voice training lessons so that he could sing song professionally.

He began his professional career, playing as Persian King,Tahmasp I, in "Magnificent Century" (2012) and in the series 'Her Sey Yolunda Merkez' as Cem. After that serial he played leading role in all serials and films that he had played. He played as Osman in "Gurbette Ask" (2014) but his breakthrough performance was "Kocamin Ailesi" (2014-2015) that was watched widely in Turkey. Now he plays in the series "Seviyor Sevmiyor" as Yigit Balci.

He made his movie debut in the film "Defne'nin Bir Mevsimi" (2015) playing leading role as Ferhat. He also played in "Organik Ask Hikayeleri" as Hasan. In 2016, he played in TV film, named "Makas" as Fatih Komurcu. He received "APAN Special Award" in South Korea
