Phil is the creator and director of the hit late night sketch comedy series SNLMAO that debuted at the Road Less Traveled Theatre in 2012. His company along with Xavier Films in cooperation with Ujima Company co-produced the hard hitting play Zooman and the Sign in 2011, directed by Phil's long-time theater mentor Willie Judson, which was extended due to popular demand. He was hired as the casting director and acting coach for the feature film The Romans, co-written & directed by Korey Green (Knuckle City Films / Black Rose Films) that won two awards at the San Diego Film Festival. He has also helped assist with casting on several commercials and films including the NFL, The Best Man Holiday, and Marshall. Phil also co-wrote the critically acclaimed musical "The Destiny of Rose" and the TV series "Daddy's Girl Club" which is now streaming on Amazon Prime and SkoVu TV. In 2018, Phil along with his business partners, created the SkoVu Streaming Network. The network gives independent filmmakers and other content creators their own platform to stream and monetize their content worldwide, and currently hosts over 170 hours of content, and 30 producers from 8 different countries. Phil's projects have been featured in various publications, including the front page of The Challenger News, three separate times (2008, 2014 & 2021); Buffalo News Gusto (2011, 2012 & 2013); Buffalo News City & Region front page (2021). Phil has also appeared on various television news outlets including WIVB (2016, 2017) & WGRZ (2021). In 2017, Alemaedae Theater Productions received a proclamation from the City of Buffalo, for "Alemaedae Day" in the city. Through various plays and films, both of Phil's companies have raised funds for various foundations and charities, including but not limited to: Dominique Maye Foundation, Boys & Girls Club of WNY, Crisis Services and Hearts for the Homeless. "A lot of people want to be seen in this business but don't want to work for it. God has blessed us to prosper not for us to get all the accolades but so that we can bring more people to Him and provide a positive alternative to all the negative that plague the world today."
