Stranger Things is saving the best for last. Actor David Harbour, who portrays Jim Hopper in the beloved Netflix series, recently hyped up the forthcoming series finale, referring to it as the best episode in the entire history of the show.

Speaking with Josh Horowitz for the Happy Sad Confused podcasts 10th-anniversary celebration in New York City on Thursday, Oct. 17, Harbour shared (via People) that he "can be very critical of this show. However, he revealed that in the series finale: "They land the plane, and it is the best episode theyve ever done." The actor also shared how the cast reacted while doing a table read for the episode, saying, "The end of this episode when we were reading it just us reading it about halfway through, people started crying. Then about the last 20 minutes, it was just uncontrollably crying, waves of different people. Noah Schnapp being my favorite.

The character of Jim Hopper on the hit Netflix series Stranger Things has a tragic history, having lost a young daughter named Sara to cancer – an illness he blames on the fact that he served in the Chemical Corps during the Vietnam War and worked with Agent Orange. Stranger Things will reportedly explore more of Hopper's backstory in the fifth and final season. A casting call has gone out for the role of Sara, David Harbour's character's daughter, who had passed away before the start of Season 1.

According to Knight Edge Media, the production is looking for a child actor who looks similar to the original actress Elle Graham, who played Sara in the Season 1 finale and has since outgrown the role. "[ Sara ] Character is portrayed as 5 years old, female, white, blonde and blue/grey eyes. Sara is Hoppers daughter seen in flashbacks. Must Match To Season 1 Cast Member Elle Grahamco-star," reads the casting call. Whoever ends up cast will join the production in Atlanta from October through December 2024.

Finally, 50 years since the publication of the well-loved and iconic coming-of-age novel, a movie adaptation of Judy Blume’s popular book Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret is set to hit the theaters.

The film, set in 1970, begins with 11-year-old Margaret Simon (Abby Ryder Fortson) returning to her New York home from summer camp only to discover boxes in the living room and her bedroom. Sylvia (Kathy Bates), Margaret’s grandmother, abruptly informs her that they’ll be moving to New Jersey because Margaret’s father received a big promotion. Judy Blume is having a major moment. Not only did Prime Video just release a documentary about her life, “Judy Blume Forever,” but Hulu recently also announced it’s turning her book, “Summer Sisters,” into a limited series. And on April 28, a film adaptation of “Are you There God? It’s Me, Margaret?” will be in theaters.

“I needed to read everything she ever wrote because she just wrote the truth about what it felt like to be that age,” the film’s director Kelly Fremon Craig told Variety at the movie’s Los Angeles premiere on Saturday.

The Tremont hotel in Sulphur Springs is back and open for business, as “Secrets of Sulphur Springs” heads to Disney Channel and Disney+ screens for Season 3.

“No way we’re splitting up with an evil ghost on the loose,” says Wyatt Campbell (Landon Gordon) in the opening of the trailer.

“Usually Treemont is haunted in a fun way, but this time, not so much,” Wyatt says to his with his group of friends in another scene. The trailer shows the kids discussing the new ghost, which shows itself as black smoke and ooze creeping in and out of room 205.
