Leon J. Brumby

Leon J Brumby's interest in the Performing Arts started as he grew up in Australia from the young age of five. Gifted with a natural talent for singing and an early interest in music, his growing talent quickly drew attention and the eventual progression leading onto legitimate theatre and on-stage performances as actor, stage director and eventually artistic director; an eventual outcome of 21 years of training culminating in his specialist degree. Now relocated in the USA working within the Hollywood and Independent Film Industries has meant switching his focus from acting performance as he gains attention screenwriting and producing for the Screen.

Now an experienced Screenwriter with a demonstrated history of working in the Entertainment industry has broadened his skills in Improvisation, Film, Theatre, Screenplays, and Creative Writing. Strong operations professionally helps with a BPA (Theatre) focused in Visual and Performing Arts obtained from the Queensland University of Technology. Responsible as Co-Owner and Producer for Arizona based film company QuickSilver Productions, LLC, his focus and goal is to continue working within the USA (Australia, whenever possible) encouraging new talent, providing new opportunities and paying forward.

To this end the current movie production, a Western titled Of Myth & Legend is set for production in New Mexico and Arizona. QuickSilver Productions LLC - a new screenplay and film production company based out of Tucson, Arizona - will continue its mission to provide quality entertainment. Of Myth & Legend is a great start.
