Sam Ellison is a New York based independent filmmaker, producer and writer. She is a co-founder of Precariat Productions and one half of an American filmmaking duo with Ryan Guiterman. Their first film "Canvas" premiered at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival in 2021, and is distributed by Gravitas Ventures. Their second film "Loud & Longing" premiered as the closing film at the Lighthouse International Film Festival in 2023. She is originally from Colorado.
