The 2025 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards have officially come to an end!

Singer Tyla hosted the show live from Barker Hangar on Saturday evening (June 21) in Santa Monica, Calif., and she even got super soaked with slime after winning the Favorite Global Music Star blimp.

The night also featured performances from Machine Gun Kelly and Katseye.

The 2025 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards are kicking off tonight (June 21)!

The fan-voted awards show will be hosted by singer Tyla this year, live from Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif., starting at 8pm Et/Pt.

Once again, “kids and families in control at the biggest party of the summer with exciting star-studded collaborations, legendary skateboarding stunts, the latest in music with high-energy dancing, and Nickelodeon’s signature orange blimp trophy and epic slimings.”

The 2025 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards will be taking place in June 2025 and the nominations have been announced!

Nickelodeon just revealed that music star Tyla will host the event live on June 21 from Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif. The show will air live on Nickelodeon, TeenNick, Nicktoons, the Nick Jr. channel, MTV2 and CMT and Nickelodeon channels around the world at 8pm Et/Pt.

Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga and Kendrick Lamar lead the nominations this year with four mentions each. There are 35 categories in which fans can vote in, beginning on Thursday.

Musical performances for the live show will be announced at a later date.

Green goo and big stars are joining forces once again for the 2025 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, which officially unveiled its host and nominees on Thursday.

Grammy-winning artist Tyla will take the reins as host when the show airs live on June 21 from the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif.

The slime-filled spectacle will simulcast across Nickelodeon, TeenNick, Nicktoons, Nick Jr., MTV2, and CMT, as well as international Nickelodeon channels, where fans can watch their favorite TV, movie and sports stars get covered in green glop.

This year’s nominees include a fresh batch of first-timers such as Gracie Abrams, Zach Bryan, Jordan Chiles, Frankie Grande, Cynthia Erivo, Doechii, Keith Lee, Chappell Roan, Shaboozey, Shohei Ohtani, and Florence Pugh.

Exclusive: Disney Channel’s longest-running live-action comedy series Bunk’d is the latest casualty of the WGA strike. Production on Season 7 of the hit series has been halted due to the writers strike, Deadline has confirmed.

According to a document sent by Disney Branded Television’s It’s a Laugh Productions, producers are hopeful for a speedy resolution of the dispute and to resume production “at the earliest possible opportunity.”

Production was completed last year on Season 6, which is currently airing on Disney Channel. The Season 6 finale is set for May 21. Filming had been completed on 12 episodes of the 20-episode Season 7, with 8 episodes remaining to be shot.

According to the document, actors will not be paid during the suspension, “except for the terms of the Agreement” between It’s A Laugh Productions and SAG-AFTRA.

Disney Channel is saying sayonara to Camp Kikiwaka and “hey, dude” to Kikiwaka Ranch. The network has renewed Jessie spinoff Bunk’d for a sixth season, which will send several returning characters (and a few new additions) to a new location out west in 2022.

Officially titled Bunk’d: Learning the Ropes, the new season picks up as “Lou, Parker, Destiny and Noah arrive at the soon-to-be Kikiwaka Ranch in Dusty Tush, Wyoming, where Lou must convince the surly owner, aka ‘The Marshal’ to officially sell the property to her,” according to the official logline. “In the meantime, counselors Noah and Destiny...

Disney Channel has renewed the comedy series Bunk’d for a sixth season, set to premiere in 2022. The new installment, titled Bunk’d: Learning the Ropes, is set at a dude ranch in the Wild West.

Returning series regulars include Miranda May (Lou), Trevor Tordjman (Parker), Mallory James Mahoney (Destiny), and Israel Johnson (Noah). Newly added cast includes Shiloh Verrico (Country Comfort) as Winnie, Luke Busey (Cobweb) as Jake, and newcomer Alfred Lewis as Bill.

Disney Channel’s Bunk’d is welcoming back a “camp legend” in the new year. And she didn’t even pay us to call her that, we swear.

After saying goodbye to Camp Kikiwaka back in 2018, Emma Ross (played by Peyton List) visits her old stomping grounds in the comedy’s fifth season premiere (Friday, Jan. 15, 7:30/6:30c). But as you’ll see in TVLine’s exclusive promo, the prodigal counselor’s return raises a number of troubling questions: “Why is she back? What is she hiding? Did she come alone?!”

Nickelodeon and Disney Channel are doing their part to help kids during the Covid-19 crisis.

Nickelodeon will air #KidsTogether: The Nickelodeon Town Hall, an hour-long special offering a kids-eye view of life during the coronavirus pandemic. It will premiere Monday, March 30 at 7 Pm Et/Pt. The special will directly address kids’ questions and concerns, include tips and insights from medical experts on ways to be healthy, and give first-person accounts from kids and families around the country who are social distancing and making changes to their everyday lives and relationships.

Exclusive: There’s going to be more fun ahead at Camp Kikiwaka. Disney Channel has renewed its hit summer camp comedy series Bunk’d for a fifth season. Additionally, executive producer Erin Dunlap, who teamed with Ep Phil Baker on season 4, will return as sole showrunner for the new season. Baker will focus on development and other projects for the channel. Production will begin in fall 2020.

Created by Pamela Eells O’Connell, Bunk’d began as a spinoff to Disney Channel’s hit series Jessie (2011-15) and remains Disney Channel’s #1 series for Kids and Girls 6-11.

Disney Channel is kicking off its summer with two big returns, one of which may or may not involve the artist formerly known as Steve Urkel.

First up, Raven’s Home returns on Monday, June 17 (8/7c) for a third season that includes a guest appearance from Jaleel White (Family Matters) and the TV directing debut of its star and executive producer Raven-Symone. In addition to the return of Raven’s ex-husband (played by Jonathan McDaniel), we’ll also finally meet Chelsea’s incarcerated ex Garrett (Johnno Wilson).

Promoting strong female characters was very much on brand for several of Disney Channel’s star characters at Saturday’s Disney Channel Fan Fest held at California Adventure Park, a day-long event that treated kids and their families to a bevy of fan-focused activities, from Q&A sessions to musical performances and meet and greets with Disney Channel stars.

Sofia Carson, who stars as Evie, daughter of the Evil Queen in Disney Channel’s original movies “Descendants” and “Descendants 2,” revealed that in the third installation her character will continue to be a positive role model for young viewers.

“Evie has always been very much focused on her heart and what she cares about most is giving back and especially empowering young girls and young women everywhere, so you’ll especially see that in ‘Descendants 3,’ said Carson, who also joined the cast of the Freeform drama series “Pretty Little Liars” this past year.

Israel Johnson (Schooled), Shelby Simmons (Andi Mack) and Scarlett Estevez (Daddy’s Home) have joined the cast of Disney Channel’s Bunk’d for the live-action comedy’s fourth season.

Camp Kikiwaka will see Johnson as Noah, a junior camp counselor and former child actor who is upbeat, enthusiastic and sometimes over-dramatic. Simmons will portray Ava, a junior counselor from Queens who is tough as nails but fiercely loyal to her friends, while Estevez will play Gwen, an eccentric and somewhat naïve new camper who has lived off the grid her whole life.

Returning cast members include Miranda May (Lou), Will Buie, Jr. (Finn), Raphael Alejandro (Matteo) and Mallory James Mahoney (Destiny).

Exclusive: Disney Channel is headed vack to Camp Kikiwaka for a fourth year. The cable net said today that it has ordered a Season 4 of Bunk’d, the spinoff from its 2011-15 comedy Jessie.

Production will begin in March on new episodes of the live-action Bunk’d, from executive producers Phil Baker and Erin Dunlap, both of whom are EPs on Disney Channel’s Andi Mack. It follows three siblings as they leave their extravagant New York City penthouse to return again to Camp Kikiwaka, a rustic summer camp in Maine. Season 3 saw the Ross kids arriving at camp after several cabins were lost to fire.
