Kevin J. Nelson, a first-generation Haitian American, is an emerging force in Hollywood, bringing a raw and authentic voice to filmmaking. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Kevin began his journey with the short film Married to the Money, which he later expanded into a full-length feature with the help of inspired investors. He co-founded 1804 Films, a production company named to honor Haiti's independence, and has been contracted to write over 74 screenplays, consistently pushing boundaries and creating diverse, compelling narratives. Notable works include the TV-One series Chasing Hollywood and films such as Dude Next Door, Swipe, Fatally Flawless, and The Christmas Dance.

Kevin's recent achievements include writing, directing, and producing the feature film Phels High, starring Omari Hardwick (Power) and TJ Atoms (Wu-Tang: An American Saga).
