Kyle Climans
Born in the Netherlands, Climans grew up in Canada. He first completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Ottawa and then completed a post-graduate certificate in script writing at Algonquin College.

Collaborating with established playwright Jasmine Sawant, Climans co-directed, co-wrote, and co-starred in a series of comedic shorts titled "AA Meeting." These shorts were produced for the Mississauga Writers Group's Write On! Festival, and were Climans' first recognized works as a scriptwriter.

It was also through Sawant and the MWG that Climans met acclaimed actor and filmmaker Mukesh Asopa. The two of them worked together to create the screenplay for Depth of Pyaar (2019), which became Climans' first completed and produced screenplay (Climans had previously re-written a comedy for independent producer Bob Maduri, but the project has yet to move forward as of 2021).

In another example of Climans' ability to adapt, he was hired by filmmaker Michael L. Suan to rewrite an urban drama titled The Pride (2022). Depicting the story of five youths finding a new meaning through martial arts, the film has been completed as of 2019.

Climans has since reunited with Jasmine Sawant on both the acclaimed short film O.C.D. (2021) and the 2021 play "Pandemic Pandemonium" for the Mississauga Arts Council. Climans also reunited with Mukesh Asopa on the project titled Zombie Beach II.
