Charlie Cox Says Daredevil and She-Hulk Could Hook Up Again, If He Returns to L.A.
Image
Charlie Cox, who plays Daredevil in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, just gave fans a bit of hope when it comes to his character’s relationship with She-Hulk.

While speaking in a short interview posted on Jimmy Kimmel Live!’s social media, Cox joked about the possibility of Daredevil and She-Hulk getting back together. And according to him, it all comes down to one simple thing: location.

When asked directly if Daredevil and She-Hulk would ever hook up again, Cox responded with a grin, saying, “You know, the way I like to think about that is that what happens in L.A., stays in L.A. So, maybe when I’m here in the future, maybe there’s some possibility for a hook-up.”

Avengers: Doomsday (2026)
Rumor: Are these the remaining Avengers: Doomsday cast members?
Avengers: Doomsday (2026)
Last month, the Marvel Studios social media accounts started live-streaming a video they labeled as an all-caps Announcement. The video showed a soundstage where, one by one, chairs reserved for actors were revealed, with a new chair coming into view every 10 minutes or so. As it turns out, this was a very long and slow way of revealing (a large chunk of) the cast of Avengers: Doomsday, which is now in production and aiming for a May 1, 2026 theatrical release. The names of twenty-seven cast members were shown that day, with Marvel teasing, “There’s always room for more…” With cameras now rolling, we’ve been waiting to see if they’ll announce the rest of the cast list with more chair backs, or they’ll find a different way to do it. And while we wait, industry journalist Jeff Sneider of The InSneider has been sent a list that his...

Every Pilot episode of the MCU Disney+ shows, ranked
Image
There have been some major Marvel Cinematic Universe shows on Disney+, but how do they stack up against each other?

When Disney+ was launched in 2019, the company saw it as a way to expand its franchises for the small screen. Star Wars got the treatment first, with The Mandalorian becoming a sensation and establishing a new wave of Star Wars lore.

The MCU followed with the producers using the Disney+ shows to not only take a chance on new stories and characters but lay seeds for storylines that would be used in the movies. There has been the drawback of needing to know about these shows in order to enjoy some films, as well as the classic problem of some series stretching things out too much.

Yet, the MCU has done its best to make its pilots compelling and draw viewers in, just as the first issue of a comic book should.

Hulk rumors: George Miller up for World War Hulk? Hulk vs. Spider-Man and The Punisher?
Image
What’s going on with the incredible Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe? Although his adversaries Red Hulk and The Leader (as well as his ex-girlfriend Betty Ross) are known to be in Captain America: Brave New World, it doesn’t seem that he’s going to show up in the movie – and if he does, it’s likely to just be a cameo. Last time we saw him, he was still in “Smart Hulk” mode but also equipped with a Hulk Inhibitor Device that allowed him to turn back into his regular human form. He served as a mentor to his cousin Jennifer Walters on She-Hulk, where he also introduced his son Skaar. We’re likely to see him again in Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars – but now, there are Rumors that Marvel may also be developing a World War Hulk movie (with George Miller in the running to direct it!

Rumor: A World War Hulks Movie Is Now In Active Development At Marvel Studios
Image
We've been hearing rumblings about a World War Hulk movie for a good few years now, though with Thor: Ragnarok borrowing heavily from Planet Hulk - and Bruce Banner later returning to Earth as "Smart Hulk" - it's obvious we're not getting a straightforward adaptation.

That could explain why it's since supposedly morphed into World War Hulks. She-Hulk: Attorney at Law laid the groundwork for that, as will next month's Captain America: Brave New World but the movie has yet to be officially announced.

Still, we bring a positive update today from scooper @MyTimeToShineH who claims, "I can confirm now that a World War Hulks movie is in development."

This is promising and suggests the movie will be part of the "Mutant Saga." There's also been some chatter about a Hulk vs. Wolverine movie remember, so perhaps the McU's new Logan will be tasked by Department H with taking down the Green Goliath?...

Captain America 4’s Red Hulk Design Has Me Convinced The MCU Can Fix 1 Phase 4 Controversy 3 Years Later
Image
The design of the Red Hulk in Captain America: Brave New World has me even more excited about the upcoming MCU sequel, as it seems to be fixing a huge Phase 4 controversy. I can't wait for Marvel Studios to transform Thaddeus Ross, the new President of the United States in the MCU, into the Red Hulk, taking inspiration from his Marvel Comics counterpart. Played by Harrison Ford following the late William Hurt's passing in 2022, President Ross will only be one of Captain America: Brave New World's villains, but might be the most highly-anticipated.

Trailers for Captain America: Brave New World, which is set to mark Anthony Mackie's theatrical debut as Sam Wilson's Captain America on February 14, 2025, have me very excited about the upcoming legacy sequel. The trailers have given us a close look at President Ross' Red Hulk transformation, and have teased the Leader's involvement in this evolution,...

Daredevil Born Again D23 Trailer Breakdown: White Tiger, Muse, Punisher, Bullseye
Image
The MCU’s Man Without Fear is finally back in the spotlight. After tantalizing teases of Daredevil in Spider-Man: Far From Home, She-Hulk, and Echo, Charlie Cox makes a full-time return for Daredevil: Born Again, the follow-up to the popular Netflix series that’s getting most of the old gang back together.

Ahead of the show’s debut in March 2025, Disney showed off the series’ first trailer exclusively to an audience attending this year’s D23. From new villains to familiar foes and one ‘punishing’ cameo, here’s what you missed in the Daredevil: Born Again trailer if you weren’t in attendance.

Kingpin’s Rise to Power

In Echo‘s finale, Vincent D’Onofrio’s Wilson Fisk hinted that he would run for mayor of New York City and that’s clearly put him back on Daredevil’s radar. Kingpin is also rumored to play a major role in a street-level Spider-Man 4,...

Captain America 4’s Red Hulk Looks Way More Ferocious Than the Original Big Green Guy
Image
As part of a brand-new trailer for Captain America: Brave New World premiering at Disney’s D23 fan event in Anaheim, California this week, the thousands on hand at the Honda Center arena got their first full-on look at the movie’s Red Hulk (following an indirect glimpse in the first trailer), the anger-fueled alter ego of President Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross (Harrison Ford).

Ross’s transformation into the big red guy comes at the end of the clip (shown exclusively to the D23 audience), as he is speaking to a gathering of some kind outside the White House. Ross is overcome with a seizure and emerges from behind the official presidential lectern in full Red Hulk glory.

He rises to his full stature and unleashes a tremendous roar before the title of the film flashes onscreen, followed by one more close-up of his face, eyes blazing with fury, as he...

She-Hulk Writers Marvel Success Proves The Comic Industry Can Learn From YA Authors
Image
YA authors like Rainbow Rowell, C.S. Pacat, and Sam Maggs bring emotional depth to comics, creating impactful stories that resonate. Rowell's She-Hulk run showcased emotional moments, while Pacat's Dark Knights of Steel explored Bruce Wayne's origins in a chilling way. The comic industry has a long history of YA stories, with DC particularly focusing on YA themes through novels and graphic novels.

Like her title character, Sensational She-Hulk writer Rainbow Rowells time at Marvel has been a smashing success, as her second series writing Jennifer Walters wraps up in August with its tenth issue. However, her time at Marvel has shown that YA authors bring something special to the comic book industry, and she isnt the only one to do so. Fellow YA writers C.S. Pacat and Sam Maggs have both made waves in DC and Star Trek comics, respectively, proving that there is success to be found in the combination of genres.

10 Best Dance Scenes In The MCU From Deadpool To Baby Groot
Image
Warning: This article contains spoilers for Deadpool & Wolverine.

Marvel Studios has delivered some of the most entertaining and emotional dance sequences in the McU's history. Dance is often used to heighten the impact of a moment in the MCU, including Steve Rogers' last dance and the Guardians of the Galaxy's celebration. As the MCU continues to grow, there's no doubt Marvel Studios will continue to create some fantastic and exciting dance sequences.

From Deadpool to Baby Groot and beyond, characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe have often used dance to make their adventures even more entertaining. Music is one of the most important elements of filmmaking, and the inclusion of some well-known tunes and original songs in the MCU has helped the franchise become the behemoth it is today. Musical moments in the MCU are often enhanced, however, by having these songs featured as diegetic sound - heard by...

'I Love the Hulks': She-Hulk Producer Wants to Make a Hulk Movie
Image
Marvel Studios' Wendy Jacobson would love to make another Hulk movie. Jacobson served as an executive producer on the Disney+ MCU series She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, starring Tatiana Maslany as the titular character and Mark Ruffalo reprising his role as the Hulk.

Jacobson discussed her desire to help make another Hulk movie in an interview with Inverse. The producer does not care if Maslany's Jennifer Walters or Ruffalo's Bruce Banner leads the film as long as it gets greenlit. "Absolutely! I love the Hulks. I had a great experience working on She-Hulk, and I love Mark Ruffalo. He was so much fun to play with in She-Hulk. He loved being in She-Hulk and playing with that comedy side. Yeah, I would do anything with either of those characters," she said. Part of McU's Phase 4, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law premiered on August 18, 2022, and ran for nine episodes. Since its conclusion, Marvel Studios...

Major Hulk friends and allies like Rick Jones and Doc Samson still aren't in the MCU despite the Hulk's long run in the franchise.

Moon Knight, She-Hulk, and More: All the MCU Announcements at Disney+ Day
Charlie Cox in Daredevil (2015)
When Disney streaming service Disney+ launched on November 12, 2019, the Marvel Cinematic Universe was still a ways away from making its streaming debut. Marvel titles like Daredevil and Runaways had already graced the streaming world on platforms like Netflix and Hulu, but it wouldn’t be until WandaVision premiered on Jan. 15, 2021 that Marvel’s celluloid canon joined its televised one.

By the time Disney+ Day, a celebration of the streamer’s two-year anniversary, rolled around today, the Marvel machine was in full force. With The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, Loki, and Marvel’s What…If? joining the aforementioned WandaVision on television, it would be unthinkable for any Disney+ Day to come and go without some fresh Marvel news. Thankfully, Marvel chief Kevin Feige and the Disney powers-that-be agreed. Not only did Disney+ Day come with some much-needed updates on long-awaited Marvel TV titles, but they were saved until the very end of the presentation.

‘She-Hulk’: Tatiana Maslany Lands Title Role In New Marvel Series
Image
Exclusive: After tapping Kat Coiro as director, Marvel Studios looks to have found its star to take over the title role in its She-Hulk series. Sources tell Deadline that Orphan Black star Tatiana Maslany is the choice to play the title character in Marvel’s She-Hulk series for Disney+. Deadline broke on Tuesday that Coiro would direct several episodes, including the pilot, for the series and now the show has its actress for the highly coveted role.

Marvel didn’t immediately return a call for comment.

Rick and Morty writer Jessica Gao has already been tapped to lead the writers room.

The last major character to be co-created by Stan Lee, She-Hulk is Jennifer Walters, an attorney and cousin of Bruce Banner, aka The Hulk. An emergency blood transfusion from her cousin gives Walters her powers, but unlike Banner/Hulk, She-Hulk was able to keep her intelligence and personality when she Hulked out.
