Biography

    • Ciro Priello, Neapolitan, was born in 1986. Not many people know that he wanted to be a ballerina when he was a child. He studied dance for many years, then singing and acting, but in the end his passion for video took the front seat. With his longtime friend, director of The Jackal, Francesco Ebbasta, he began experimenting with new visual languages and dance helped him develop a unique and physical sort of comedy, almost slapstick. And so, the face of The Jackal became the star of "AFMV - Addio fottuti musi verdi", their first movie. Throughout the years he's appeared in various movies: "Ci devo pensare" (2015), "Gatta Cenerentola" (2017), "La Tristezza ha il sonno leggero" (2021), and last but not least, he will appear in Giampaolo Morelli's latest film "Falla girare", to be released in 2022. Being a great impersonator, he's appeared on the Rai 1 TV show "Tale e Quale Show", and he played Alessandro Borghese on a special episode of The Jackal's show "4 Ristoranti". In 2020, he debuted on Prime Video in the first edition of the cult show "LOL" and won. With his friend and colleague Fabio Balsamo, in 2020 he appeared on Massimo Ranieri's show "Qui e Adesso" on Rai3. In July 2021, together with The Jackal, he starred in "Europei a Casa The Jackal" on Raiplay. With his fellow ensemble talents, he was one of the voices on "Biscotti's - Storie dell'Internet", the second The Jackal podcast in partnership with Spotify. During the Festival di Sanremo 2022, he hosted the "Prima Festival" show on Rai 1. In 2022, he'll be on the big screen with "Falla girare" by Giampaolo Morelli. His favorite book is "Choke" by Chuck Palahniuk. And his greatest love is his daughter.
