Thomas Lee "TJ" Johnson is a polymath who has won the NBTF Frank Silvestri Award for his screenplay, "Albert & Paul," and starred in the Discovery Channel television show, "Nightmare Next Door," and the documentary movie, "Steps Ahead." He has also worked at the National Reconnaissance Office where he built spy satellites for the CIA and earned the Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Air Force Organizational Excellence Medal, and the Air Force Achievement Medal. TJ escaped near death at the Pentagon on 9/11 and went on to found his Transformation Strategy firm Agile Immersive. TJ has patents pending for a predictive modeling algorithm, a digital assessment tool and other Strategy Consulting innovations.
