Kutlwano Ditsele

Kutlwano Ditsele has worked on over 500 episodes of Prime Time Television on the African continent. Kutlwano is a South African film and television Director and Producer based in Johannesburg, whose shows have won more than 20 prestigious awards. His work includes the cultural phenomena Ayeye, ground-breaking telenovelas The Road and Gomora, award-winning feature film Back of the Moon and The Herd, a drama that is the most viewed drama series on the Multichoice platform in history. After graduating from the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles in 2007, Kutlwano started his career as casting director for Zone 14 and Jacobs Cross before in 2009 moving on to an associate producer position on multi-award winning telenovela Isibaya. Kutlwano is now the Executive Producer and founding partner of Seriti Films. Kutlwano's passion is amplifying uniquely African stories that bring awareness to the African experience.
