Virgil Constantinescu was a Romanian film and theatre actor .He was born on July 7, 1948 in Bucuresti, Romania. He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1963.In 1973, he plays first role in the movie Zestrea . Other notable roles in films :Ana si hotul (1981) and Probleme personale (1981). Play on the stage of the theater ''Giulesti'' in Bucuresti.
