David, originally from Providence, RI, is a versatile filmmaker who moved to L.A. to pursue a career in acting, directing, and producing. His acting journey began with his debut film, Silent (2014), which screened at Warner Bros Studio and at several festivals, sparking a passion for storytelling in front of the camera. In addition to producing the documentary series Mary Bee's Finding Harmony, David also contributed to the acclaimed music documentary Straight Into A Storm, showcasing his commitment to documenting real stories and authentic voices.
In 2024, David directed his first short film, "Finding Harmony", an achievement that expanded his creative repertoire. He is also co-producing and co-starring in an ambitious Victorian period drama series, collaborating with talented partners Ursula Rudorfer and Brooke Hamrick. Alongside these projects, David works as a photography assistant for Dev Weekes and as a production assistant for The Table Read Podcast produced by Jack Levy (Outlander, Mr. Robot), where he continues to hone his skills in media production and project coordination.
In 2020, David was nominated for best supporting actor at the Lady Filmmaker's Festival for the film, Midnight, written by Jaime Saginor and directed by Tony Lugo. The film went on to win 9 awards and 6 nominations in it's film festival circuit. David was also cast for the Lower Bottoms podcast starring Kelsey Grammar but had to exit due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
David played the iconic role of Mr. Pink for director Cory Nicholas's homage to Quentin Tarantino in the music video for Get My Cut by the popular band All Get Out. David also stars alongside writer Christopher Cox in his short horror film Don't Look which has garnered over 3.5 million views on YouTube.
David has been educated at Anthony Meindl's Acting Workshop and continued his acting education under mentor Juliet Landau (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Ed Wood, Bosch) and at the Storytellers Conservatory under Shaan Sharma (The Chosen).
David's well-rounded expertise extends beyond filmmaking; as a skilled guitarist, he's performed with artists like Chloe Agnew and Deer Tick, underscoring his dedication to a multifaceted career in the arts.
