Sonali Pandit was born in Satara on 24th December 1972.She got married to divorced and Satara based BMC officer Jayant Naik in 2001. She has daughter name Sania.
She started her career in Marathi Theater. Sonali got recognition in television industry from serial Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli. In this serial, she played the role of Sheetal Raghav Pandit. After this show, she has worked in many famous television shows like Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara, Gathbandhan, Maddam Sir etc.
