Biography

Effy Bashford a Junior Producer for Digifish, a film and animation company based in York. Since joining she has worked on projects for a range of different clients such as Coca Cola Europacific Partners (Circle Agency), University of York, Futurelearn, FourthRev and Accenture.

She graduated in May 2022 with an MA in TV and Film Production with Producing (merit) from the University of York. Her MA dissertation delved into the portrayal of Incels within film and TV, then using this information to inform her own portrayal, whilst comparing it to academic literature.

Before going into producing Effy was an Actress, performing in Film, TV and Stage. She is a graduated in 2018 from Loughborough University where she studied BA (hons) English and Drama.
