Sarah Stark is an American actress, dancer, director, model, and producer. She was born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI in 1986 to Annette Stark, a registered nurse, and Darrel Stark, a sales and marketing executive. Her father was of German and Native American descent and her mother was of Dutch ancestry.

Sarah's early performing ambitions leaned toward dance, a course that would prove to generate a prolific history of experience in a vast scope of periods, styles, and genres of dance and professional choreography credits. She began her acting career at age fourteen by engaging herself in internship programs, traveling troupes, and summer stock productions with the Master Arts Theater Company and The Grand Rapids Civic Theatre.

Later in life, she garnered training by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in theatre and English at Grand Valley State University. Additionally, she trained in several intensive programs with such institutions as The Actors Movement Studio, The London Theatre Exchange, and Moscow Art Theatre USA School.

Continuing on to perform in the collegiate and then the professional regional stage market, Sarah earned several accolades including "Best Shakespearean Performance" for the role of Helena in a Midsummer Night's Dream (2014). During her early professional theatre years, she also amassed leadership experience as the co-founder and executive director of The Stark Turn Players, a 501(c)3 non-profit theatre company renowned for original plays and parody-based adaptations of classic horror films. During this time she also became a repertory company member and board of directors member for The Pigeon Creek Shakespeare Company, Michigan's only professional touring original practices Shakespeare company and continues in these positions today.

Following college Sarah additionally became a professional improvisiation actress employed with The Murder Mystery Company and American Immersion Theater. At this time Sarah also acted in several non-union students and indie films in Michigan. Sarah also appeared in several regional commercials for Biggby Coffee and Capstone Education. In 2019 Sarah won the title of Short Film - Best Actress in the Los Angeles Motion Picture Festival for her role as Ashley Browner in the film The Fatal Flaw. She also developed her career as a professional model specializing in glamour photography and runway modeling.
