Clarence Williams IV graduated with honors from the John Wells Directing Program at Carnegie Mellon University. His writing has earned accolades from esteemed competitions such as the Orb Media Group China-Hollywood Writing Fellowship, and the Continuance Pictures Short Film Initiative. His dedication to storytelling has also led to the founding of Williams 4 Productions, a production company he operates alongside his wife, Christina Araujo-Williams, an award-winning writer, producer, and casting director. Clarence's short films, many of which he has written, directed, edited, and co-produced, have achieved remarkable success.
With over 100 film festival screenings and more than 75 awards to his name, Clarence has demonstrated his ability to captivate audiences. Even during the challenging times of the pandemic, Clarence continued to make strides in the industry. He sold a horror script titled Stay Safe to Synkronized Films, set for release this year, starring Kate Miner and Jason Canela. He also wrote the Christmas romantic-comedy So Fly Christmas, starring Tichina Arnold and Tami Roman, and the holiday comedy Too Many Christmases, both streaming on BET+. He was also a writer on the action film The Accused, which is also available on BET+.
