Writer, director Ali Kemal Güven was born on April 17, 1986 in Izmir. He has written and directed six short films. One of them was screened at the International Izmir Short Film Festival. He wrote his first novel at the age of 17.
He completed his first feature film "Queen Factory" in 2008, which he wrote and directed. The movie had great repercussions in the Turkish press, and in 2010, he played the characters of Joe in the "A Christmas Carol" of the College of DuPage. He graduated from Long Island University, Media Arts in 2014.
