Wes is an internationally recognized firearms, tactics and use of force instructor with over 20 years of military & civilian criminal justice experience, as well as significant operational time with both military & law enforcement tactical operations & protective service organizations. Wes holds specialized instructor certifications from the U.S. Army, the U.S. Marine Corps, Arizona POST, the Smith & Wesson Academy, the Sig Sauer Academy, NRA LEAD, FEMA and the Department of State.
Born in Redding California, Wes grew up in Sacramento California before his family relocated to Bullhead City Arizona, from there Wes eventually enlisted in the US Army, serving 21 years on Active and Reserve duty, Wes is a veteran of Desert Storm, OIF and OAF. Wes also worked for the Mohave County Sheriffs Office in Arizona, running there firearms training unit and the agencies Tactical Team.
Wes is a frequent guest on Outdoor channel shows; Best Defense, SWAT Magazine TV and Shooting Gallery and Pursuit Channel/Sportsman's Channel show Stop the Threat.
