Alexander Pennecke is an American actor, writer and film producer.
Pennecke was born Alexander Garrett Pennecke in Bethesda, Maryland and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. While in high school, Pennecke attained National-rankings as a sprinter on the track & field team, going on to run for the Division-1 track & field team at George Mason University. Sustaining an injury, he shifted gears after discovering acting through a required arts credit and transitioned into the industry, earning his stripes on multiple Washington D.C. and soon after, on multiple national productions.
His work has been seen on NBC's Brilliant Minds (2024) and Blacklist (2013), Starz's Power Book III: Raising Kanan (2021), Michael Pare helmed Amazon Prime film Painkiller (2021), Un meurtrier sous mon toit (2016), and a commercial for Liberty Tax Service. He has performed for NBC, Starz, Amazon Prime, the Discovery Channel, AMC, National Geographic, MTV, online, and in multiple film festivals across the country.
