Steve Spingola
Steven Spingola is a retired Milwaukee PD homicide lieutenant. He served as a Lieutenant Detective, supervising various units including Homicide, Vice Control, Sensitive Crimes, and Violent Crimes. He also led investigations for the Critical Incident Unit and was involved in the Jeffrey Dahmer case. His homicide unit was known for having a high clearance rate.
Spingola appears on Oxygen's true crime series Cold Justice starring Kelly Siegler, where he assists in solving cold cases and several other true crime shows.
He has authored books such as "Best of the Spingola Files Volumes 1 & 2", "Staggered Paths: Strange Deaths in the Badger State" "The Killer in Our Midst: The Case of Milwaukee's North Side Strangler" and "Predators on the Parkway". He also gives presentations on the psychology of homicide.
