Johan Storm(II)

Johan grew up on the island of Lidingö, a suburb in the Stockholm archipelago. He came in contact with the film industry at a young age, doing post-production work on Swedish commercials. Storm's interest in the many aspects of storytelling soon moved him towards shooting and directing on his own, sometimes working as a DP and director simultaneously. To date, Johan Storm has directed commercials for some of the world's most renowned brands. From 2019 and forward Storm is exclusively active as a director. In 2023, his debut feature film Shadow Island had it's international premiere in Berlin, which was followed by distribution deals in a wide range of countries including the United States.
