Nick Romano is a Panamanian-born actor and former professional wrestler, best known for his leading role in Kimura and his supporting role in the Cannes Film Festival Grand Prix award winning film Stars at Noon, directed by Claire Denis.
His first appearance at the Cannes Film Festival marked a groundbreaking and historic milestone for his home country, as he became the first Panamanian-born actor to walk the official Cannes red carpet for a film in competition.
Madly in love with performing and with close to two decades of experience across film, television, and theater, Nick Romano is rapidly establishing himself as a leading voice for Panamanian talent on the global cinematic stage.
He continues to seek projects that bridge his cultural heritage with international cinema, while also building an eclectic body of work in both local and international productions, in tandem with his home country's push towards it's own cinematic identity.
