- Mark Manjardi was born and raised just outside of Philadelphia, PA. He moved to Los Angeles after graduating high school to attend the School of Film and Television at Loyola Marymount University, graduating on the Dean's List with a Film Production major. While there, Mark also attended The Groundlings Theatre to study improvisational comedy.
Several of Mark's spec scripts have placed at the Austin Film Festival and National Lampoon's Screenwriting Contest. His spec adult-animated TV Pilot, DINO LAND, was nominated for Best Web Series/TV Pilot at the Montreal Independent Film Festival, Independent Shorts Awards, and the Venice Short Film Awards. His self-financed feature film directorial debut, FORTUNATE SON, was nominated for Best Comedy at the Philadelphia Independent Film Festival. His second self-financed feature, ANNIHILATION OF SELF, was nominated for Best Micro-Budget Feature at the International New York Film Festival.- IMDb mini biography by: Anonymous
