Riley Uggla
Riley Uggla is a creative director and designer. She is the founder of The Condo, an interiors and lifestyle platform, as well as Riley Studio, a sustainable luxury fashion brand.
Riley Uggla was born in Toronto, Canada and grew up in the United Kingdom. She is the second youngest of four siblings. Uggla studied at Bradfield College, Berkshire, before enrolling in the Foundation in Fashion course at Istituto Marangoni in Shoreditch, London.
In August 2018, Uggla demonstrated her commitment to sustainability and founded her first company Riley Studio, a luxury fashion brand driven by an ethos of environmental and social responsibility. With a focus on producing high-quality seasonless pieces, the company quotes simplicity and versatility as its two design pillars. As well as being the founder, Uggla acts as creative director of the company and oversees all design processes and brand direction.
In 2019, Riley Studio was awarded the Ecosia Green Leaf and the Eco-Age Brandmark. In November 2019, the company won the Fashion Brand of the Year title in the Sustainable Lifestyle Awards.
