Hailing from Bergen County, New Jersey, Ali Baker has found herself at
home working in the gaming industry for the past four years. Having a
positive outlook on the influence of games throughout her childhood,
she received Bachelor's Degree of Fine Art at the University of
Hartford with focus in Television Communication. Working alongside the
Frag Dolls at Ubisoft as a Senior Marketing and Promotional Intern, her
talents spawned primarily into journalism and hosting, where she later
went on to work for Major League Gaming in NYC and G4TV's X-Play the
following summer in Los Angeles. It was there that Ali teamed up with
Chris Hardwick and became original co host on the Nerdist Network's
"Indoor Kids" podcast with Kumail Nanjiani. Making her web series debut
as host of Rooster Teeth's "The Gauntlet"shortly after graduating in
2012, she currently resides in Texas, and continues to show her love
for the industry with her quirky personality and love for internet
culture.
