Pearl Jam, Kings of Leon, and Eddie Vedder will serve as headliners at this year’s Ohana Festival, the annual Vedder-founded fest at Dana Point, California’s Doheny State Beach.

This year’s fest runs from September 24th to the 26th with Kings of Leon capping off a Friday lineup that includes My Morning Jacket, Black Pumas, Durand Jones and the Indications, the Regrettes, and more.

Beck and Cage the Elephant are setting out on a co-headlining tour this summer, and now it’s got a theme song: Their collaboration “Night Running,” which shares a name with the tour, is the latest single from Cage the Elephant’s upcoming album Social Cues (due out April 19th).

Beck and Cage the Elephant have teamed up for the co-headlining The Night Running Tour, with Spoon on board as the trek’s special guest. The trek takes it name from the Cage the Elephant track “Night Running,” a Beck-featuring song from the band’s upcoming LP Social Cues, out April 19th.

Chicago – On Tuesday, December 6th, the Midwest Independent Film Festival will award their 2016 “Best of the Midwest” honors with a ceremony at Rockit Bar & Grill, 22 W. Hubbard, in Chicago. The evening will be hosted by Festival Director Mike McNamara, and nominees include the short film “Lady of the House” (directed by Brad Bischoff), plus feature films “Mad” (directed by Robert Putka), and “My Friend’s Rubber Ducky” (directed by Josh Hyde).

Major Lazer has been heating things up recently. Diplo just revealed the title and general release time frame for his Jamaican dancehall/electronic music outfit’s upcoming Justin Bieber collaboration, and hold the attention of music fans in the months leading up to Peace Is The Mission‘s follow-up album he’s offered up an LP consisting of remixes of the 2015 album’s track list.

Peace Is The Mission Remixes arrives by way of distribution platform ToneDen, which requires you to follow Major Lazer on Spotify to download the album. Among the more notable remixes are Dillon Francis and Jauz’ remix of the group’s DJ Snake collaboration, “Lean On,” as well as Cut Snake’s rework of their Wild Belle-featured “Be Together.”
