Cedric "Cnote" Buard is a writer, director and editor based in Dallas, Texas best known for his awarding winning visual storytelling. He has been on the scene since 2012, doing everything from sound to production assistant to director of photography to cameraman to finally becoming a sought after director and visual storyteller.
