Day was trained up to swim for GB in the 2012 Olympics, but stopped swimming competitively when acting became more prominent in her life. However she has since trained in martial arts and performs all her own stunts on set.

Wallis has been signed to top modelling agency, Models1 since she was 13, she was the youngest in the agency for 3 years.

As well as an actress Wallis has always been a passionate writer and has some of her work published.

She is trained in mixed martial arts such as Muay Thai.

She signed to the modelling agency Models 1 at the age of 13, and was the youngest in the agency for three years. She has stated that she took modelling to save up to go to drama school. During her tenure as a model, Day modelled for Garnier, Superdry and Nike among others.
