    • Divya Pillai was born in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to Malayali parents Narayanan Pillai and Chandrika Pillai. Raised in Dubai, she completed her schooling at the Indian High School and New Indian Model School. She later earned a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University in Chennai. Before entering the film industry, Divya worked with Flydubai and the Emirates group, experiences that shaped her early professional outlook.

      Her entry into the Malayalam film industry began in 2015 with the romantic-comedy Ayal Njanalla, directed by Vineeth Kumar, where she starred opposite Fahadh Faasil. This debut was followed by a prominent role in Oozham, a 2016 revenge drama directed by Jeethu Joseph, which was both a critical and commercial success. Over the years, Divya has appeared in several notable films, including Masterpiece, Edakkad Battalion 06, Jimmy Ee Veedinte Aishwaryam, and Kala. She has also made a mark in television, with a guest appearance in the popular Malayalam serial Uppum Mulakum in 2019.
