Chiara Gizzi is an award-winning Italian/Australian actress, writer and producer. Her most recent acting role was in the Australian comedy-horror 'Mother Tongue,' playing alongside Stephen Hunter ('The Hobbit Trilogy', 'Thor: Love and Thunder'). 'Mother Tongue' premiered in Sydney at A Night of Horror International Film Festival in 2023, winning the Best Director award (Glenn Fraser).
In 2022, Chiara created 'Soul Stories by Fearless Soul', a YouTube web series she wrote, produced, and directed. The 16-episode series ran into 2023 and gained global attention. Multiple episodes went viral, two of which have over 40 million views.
In 2020, Chiara starred in and produced the feature-length documentary 'Defying All Odds' which won the Critics Choice Award at the Iowa Independent Film Festival. Other career highlights include roles in the AACTA Award-winning feature film 'Ellie and Abbie', working alongside Australian screen legends Bryan Brown and Sam Neill in ABC's 'Old School' and featuring in the crime drama series 'Underbelly'.
