Vanesa Restrepo, the Colombian actress and industrial engineer, has been part of various television and film projects across Latin America and the U.S. Hailing from Medellín, Colombia, she began her career with Televisa in telenovelas such as La Muchacha Italiana Viene a Casarse (2014-2015) and El Corazón que Miente (2016). Her television credits include Surviving the Cartel (2018, 2024), El Habitante (2017), Bendita Suegra (2019), Malibu (2018), Consciencia (2022), Amanecer (2025), and the Netflix series Madre de Alquiler (2022).
For Telemundo, she appeared in La Doña (2016-2019), El Recluso (2018), and Falsa Identidad (2018-2019), as well as in El Vato (2016-2017), a series that won a Latin Grammy in 2017 for Best Television Series. She has also participated in FBI: International for CBS and the Mexican series Las 13 Esposas de Wilson Fernández (2016).
Her theater work includes a role in 1984, presented at the prestigious Teatro Helénico in Mexico City.
