Christian J. Hearn

Christian is a director, script supervisor, and award-winning screenwriter. His screenplays have won honorable mention and placed as top 10 finalists in festivals and contests from around the world. Christian first fell in love with cinema at the age of six when he first saw James Cameron's The Terminator. This profound experience was then followed by years of staying up late in an attempt to watch every horror movie ever made and experimenting with practical FX, makeup FX, and various attempts at performing stunts before settling on a career as a writer/director.

Fractured (Jump Start Productions, 2016), for which Christian wrote the screenplay, was nominated for 9 awards and went on to win 6 at the British Horror Film Festival, including the award for best feature film. It has since won Best Film at the London Independent Film Awards, the Love Horror award and Festival Director's Choice at the Unrestricted View Horror Film Festival, where Christian also received a nomination for Best Screenplay.

Christian has a portfolio of completed screenplays and has a number of projects in various stages of development.
