Harley Chamandy (b. 1999) is a Lebanese/Greek-Egyptian filmmaker from Montreal, Canada, based in New York City.
His debut feature film Allen Sunshine won the TRT First Cut + Award at the 57th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, world premiered at the 41st Munich International Film Festival, and received the Werner Herzog Film Award in 2024.
