- Samantha graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Arts, double major in Theatre and French. She has worked as a professional actor in theatre productions, independent films, and commercials since 2012 playing many different roles such as the dutiful secretary to Armand Assante in Leaves of the Tree (2016), the kind and sensible girl-next-door in the comedy American Zombieland starring Kristen Renton and Sondra Currie (2020), and the young mother of a child with autism in Bailey's Voice (2022). Most recently, she portrayed the character Janelle in the film Do No Harm starring Harry Shum Jr, Ronny Chieng, Jimmy Gonzalez, and Rosaline Elbay (2025).
Several of her notable stage credits include Meg in Crimes of the Heart, Susy in Wait Until Dark, Corie in Barefoot in the Park, and Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing. She also starred in the Houston premiere of Love/Sick with Firecracker Productions at the Obsidian Theatre as the characters Louise, Jill, and Emily. She had the privilege of working directly with the playwright of Love/Sick, John Cariani, while in its early stages at SFA's Festival of New American Plays.
