- John Mathis is an independent writer and director from North Carolina who currently resides in London, England. He is a graduate of University of North Carolina School of the Arts, where he studied in the directing program. John wrote and directed the feature film Where's Rose starring Ty Simpkins. The film premiered at the Raindance film festival in London. Where's Rose had a limited theatrical release before going to VOD.
