Francis is the general manager of FunFilm Distribution, a Montreal based Canadian Distribution Company. Its main occupation is the acquisition and distribution of international auteur films (Sokouvov, Béla Tarr, Rithy Pahn, Alejandro Jodorowski) and of productions made in the province of Québec. The company also manages international sales of Quebec films . Over the years, Canadian productions offered by Funfilm have been a constantly renewed success, including films by Denis Côté, François Delisle and Maxime Giroux. With "Felix & Meira» , FunFilm distributed for the first time a winner of Canadian film at TIFF, Best Film at the Festival du nouveau cinéma and the Canadian representative in the Oscar race.
