Vince Palamara, born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, is considered to be
the leading civilian literary Secret Service expert, having interviewed
and corresponded with over 80 former Secret Service agents who guarded
Presidents Franklin Roosevelt, Harry Truman, Dwight Eisenhower, John F
Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter,
Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W Bush, and
Barack Obama. All told, Palamara has appeared in well over 60 books by
various authors covering the Secret Service, various presidents, the
CIA, and even Marilyn Monroe. Palamara has also appeared several times
on The History Channel, C-SPAN, PCN, and various cable television
outlets, not to mention quite a few radio programs. Vince Palamara is
also the author of "Survivor's Guilt: The Secret Service & The Failure
To Protect The President."
